 Republic of Congo\, Mrs. Ruth H. MOLLEL\, Minister in charge of Enviro
 nment of the United Republic of Tanzania and Minister of Tourism\, Env
 ironment and Natural Resources of the Republic of Zambia.\n\nStaff mem
 bers from the LTA\, United Nations Development Programme / Global Envi
 ronment Facility (UNDP/GEF) Regional Project Coordination Office\, Nat
 ional Coordination Units (NCUs) and UNDP/GEF Project Management Units 
 (PMUs) will attend the meeting as observers.
